Did Mike McHaney actually committed rape or molestation against children before he tried to meet that 13 year old?
Do you think he is innocent until proven guilty?
What about blogging ethics?
“He has sexual interest in male children” – Is that a crime?
People say kinds of things on the internet, play pranks, pretend to be some other person. But there is no statute yet about crimes on the internet.
One last question:
Are there any 13 year olds who seriously initiates sex with adults?
Although 13 year olds are young and can’t think for themselves (at least in the eyes of many adults). Sorry, I respect children very much and I am against adultism.
My personal opinion is that he did indeed violate other kids. This is NOT likely to be his first time, especially given his age and basic statistical info about pedophiles. Go talk to a psychiatrist or psychologist about this one. I’m sure they’d have a very interesting insight.
